Can I receive a VAT invoice?

Of course, to receive a VAT invoice, you must include this information along with the details (NIP) in the reservation email. If such information is missing, issuing an invoice will not be possible. This also applies to the deposit receipt.

In what form should the reservation be canceled?

Cancellation requires a written form.

What if the stay is shortened?

The guest pays for the completed stay and 100% of the value of unused accommodations. The amounts paid are non-refundable.

How is the refund processed upon cancellation?

The difference after deducting the cancellation fee will be refunded via bank transfer to the specified account. The cancellation fee is deducted from the deposit, the paid stay, or the card.

Is the deposit refundable?

– 50% of the deposit is refundable up to 30 days before arrival.
– The deposit is non-refundable less than 30 days before arrival.

Does the reservation require a deposit?

Yes. The reservation is confirmed by a payment of 30% of the total stay within 3 days. Failure to pay means cancellation.

What are the check-in hours and what if I arrive late?

Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Arrival after 11:00 PM requires prior notification by email or phone. Failure to inform will result in the room being reallocated and the deposit not being refunded.
